Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy 

At Corbin Pilates Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality Pilates, both reformer and mat, classes in a supportive community environment. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing.

Memberships

  • All monthly memberships (including unlimited memberships) are non-refundable

  • Memberships with a 6-month commitment may not be canceled early except in cases of documented medical hardship or relocation. 

  • Membership cancellations require 30 days' written notice prior to next billing cycle. 

  • No refunds or credits are issued for unused classes within billing period. 

Class Packages 

  • All class packages (including 8-class packs) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Class packages do not expire until one-month after purchase. 

  • Unused classes are not eligible for cash refunds. 

Single Classes 

  • Single class purchases are non-refundable

  • Classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to class start time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than the required notice period or failure to attend a scheduled class will result in:

    • Loss of the class credit and/or ​

    • A late cancellation/no-show fee of $10.00

Studio Closures 

  • Refunds will be issued for closures due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Medical Expectations 

  • In the event of illness or injury, a doctor's note may allow for membership suspension or account credit at the studio's discretion. 

Policy Acknowledgement

  • By purchasing classes, packages, or memberships, clients agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
